Booking Terms & Conditions
(1) All quoted prices are subject to change without prior notice.
(2) Reservations must be confirmed within 24 hours before departure.
(3) Cancellations made within 12 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
(4) All quoted prices are limited to hotels within a 10 – kilometre radius of the city. An additional charge of RM20.00 for adults and RM10.00 for children per person applies to hotels outside this range.
(5) Cancellations or no-shows made within two days before departure cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
(6) The minimum number of participants for departure is 4 or more. Children are considered to be 3-11 years old, and infants are 0-2 years old.
(7) All itineraries will be shared with other registered guests.
(8) All quoted prices are valid from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024.
(9) All prices listed are in RM (Ringgit Malaysia). Payments made in other currencies will incur exchange rate adjustments and processing fees.
